Are You Just Realtors Looking to List My House?

Absolutely not!  We are not Realtors, we are Real Estate Investors.  Unlike a Realtor, we charge no fees for our services and have many creative solutions at hand to help you find a solutions!

What Kind of Houses Do You Buy?

Any house in the Greater Austin Area!  Any price, condition, or age.

What if my House Needs Repairs?

No problem!  We buy houses even if they have cracked foundations, mold, have been condemned, boarded up by the health department, or just new a few minor repairs.  When we say "any condition" we MEAN IT!

What if I am Behind on My Payments?

Often times we can catch you up or buy out you loan entirely so this is not a problem!

What if I am in Foreclosure?

We are Austin's leader is stopping Foreclosures!  Unfortunately, depending on your particular situation, we may not be able to allow you to continue to live in the house.  However, we can stop your foreclosure, save your credit and allow you to land on your feet so that you can purchase a new home again soon!

What is your fee?

Nothing!  Unlike Realtors, we charge nothing for our services!

Do you buy higher priced properties?

Absolutely!  Any price, any age, any condition!

If I Submit a Seller Form, how long until I hear from you?

Depending on when you fill it out, it is our goal to answer every inquiry within 48 hours of submission.  Most time you will hear from us within 24 hours and sometimes even the same day!

Do you Pay Referrals if I Lead You to Another House that You Buy?

Yes!  We pay referrals up to $500.00 for leads that we purchase!
